Financial Planning Process
A financial plan developed for a client has several necessary steps.
The process for a complete comprehensive financial plan is used for financial planning; however, the steps may apply in other projects you may wish to pursue.

We meet with you free of charge via telephone. It is a chance to exchange information about your needs and objectives and to discuss which of our services may be appropriate for you.
If you select one of our programs, we will provide a formal estimate of the cost along with a list of additional data we will need to begin your financial plan.
You will gather the requested data and complete your cash flow worksheet and risk tolerance questionnaire. You may fax of mail this information to us.
When we receive your forms, we’ll begin to lay the groundwork for your personalized plan. We’ll prepare initial reports to discuss at our Step 4 meeting.
Step #4 - Interactive Goal Setting Meeting or Teleconference
In this Interactive Goal Setting Meeting, we explore and discuss the information you provided so far, We work with you to clarify your current situation, financial goals and objectives – remember, it’s your life and your plan! Come with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Step #5 - Analysis and Plan Formulation
Step #6 - Presentation of Your Financial Plan
We will edit Step 4 information based on your feedback and run additional scenarios if applicable. After completing our research and analysis we will produce final reports for your personal financial plan. We add our observations and recommendations to the plan.
Your only task is to schedule a meeting or teleconference 2 or 3 weeks after the Step 4 meeting. The ball is in our court in the meantime.
Here we present and review your personal financial plan. We discuss all reports and provide you with a written summary of our observations and recommendations.
Congratulations! At this point you hold a personalized road map, custom designed to meet your financial goals, along with specific recommendations to implement your short-term and long-term strategies.

Step #7 - Plan Implementation and Follow Up
If you would like our help with plan implementation and follow up, at the conclusion of Step 6 we will discuss an appropriate ongoing plan. Periodic update meetings and reviews are also recommended.
